The Planning Department values feedback from our customers.  In an effort to assess our customer service during the past year, we are asking if you will spend a few minutes to complete this short survey. We hope that you will take the time to evaluate your experience with the department. Employee Recognition

You may have received excellent customer service recently from staff and wish to commend that person(s) but didn’t know where or how to do so. There are a variety of ways you can do this. The Planning Survey (link above) is an opportunity for feedback; there are paper forms at the front desk at the Planning office; or feel free to email us at planning@georgetown.org or directly to the employee. All three methods can be anonymous if you so choose.
